With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns
Under exceptional circumstances, and only at the Seller’s discretion, some Goods can be returned on the condition that a 35% restocking fee is covered by the Buyer. Unlimited additional charges to the Buyer may also be incurred dependent on the condition of the Goods returned. It is the Seller’s prerogative to determine the sum of any additional costs over and above the 35% restocking fee. The Buyer is responsible for returning the Goods to the Seller, and for ensuring they are returned in a saleable condition, including a Sales Receipt and original packaging. Refunds can only be processed upon Seller’s receipt of the returned Goods, and only after the returned Goods are inspected and assessed for wear and/or damages.
The Seller cannot accept any returns on custom-ordered Goods. Custom-ordered Goods include any and all bicycles, parts, and/or equipment that need to be ordered in to the shop specifically to meet Buyer's requirements or demands (e.g. bikes, components, or equipment not typically stocked and specially ordered in specific colours, sizes, or designs).

Using new Chip On Board (COB) technology, Blinder Mini produces a punchy 50 lumens that will ensure you’re seen and improve your safety in all lighting conditions. Each graphic flash pattern has 8 different modes, which makes this Blinder Mini one of Knog’s most individual lights ever. Small enough to fit comfortably in your pocket, it is packed full of innovative features that you'll really enjoy.
Surface mounted LEDs output 50 lumens with a 20 degree beam, so you’ll be seen from up to 305m (1,000 ft) away. They have a run time of up to 30 hours and come programmed with 8 light modes. Blinder Mini's integrated USB connector plugs straight in to any available USB-A socket to recharge. No external charge cables means no worries, with just 3.5 hours to full charge.
When Blinder Mini is running low on battery, a singular red light will show up in the front. This light will remain on while charging and then turn off once the light is fully charged and ready to go. Blinder Mini comes with two silicone straps. A small strap for bars 22 – 32 mm+ diameter and a large strap that will fit tubes and head tube profiles with a circumference of up to 20cm (7.9 in). It is incredibly simple to take on and off.
